Usually, yes. Groups that arrive together like to work together, and the crew planner keeps people who signed up together on the same crew unless you ask otherwise.<\/p>
Every participant signs our waiver at signup, minors with a named parent or guardian. If your organization needs its own paperwork on top, that is between you and your members; ours is handled.<\/p>
Events have real capacities and show them honestly. For a big group, contact us before signup opens and we will plan the event around you rather than squeeze you into it.<\/p>
