Scout troops, work teams, classes, clubs: a river cleanup is the rare group outing where the result is real and the photos are good. Bring your people; we bring everything else.
How it works for groups
Everyone signs up under your flag
Your people sign themselves up in two minutes each and pick your organization on the form. No spreadsheet for you to keep, no forwarding forms.
Your effort is counted, by name
The system attributes every hour your people give to your organization. After the event you can see, and show your own leadership, exactly what your group contributed.
You get the credit publicly
Partner organizations appear on our site, with volunteer counts if you want them shown. Service hours for scouts and students come from the same records and export the same way.
Questions people actually ask
Can we get our own stretch of river?
Usually, yes. Groups that arrive together like to work together, and the crew planner keeps people who signed up together on the same crew unless you ask otherwise.
What about permission slips and waivers for minors?
Every participant signs our waiver at signup, minors with a named parent or guardian. If your organization needs its own paperwork on top, that is between you and your members; ours is handled.
How many people can we bring?
Events have real capacities and show them honestly. For a big group, contact us before signup opens and we will plan the event around you rather than squeeze you into it.
Can our company sponsor rather than dig?
Both is best, but yes. Sponsors appear on the event and on this site. Ask us; that conversation is a coffee, not a contract.
