No passwords, ever
Every email carries a personal signed link. There is no password to forget, reuse, or leak, and nothing worth phishing. Links for running events expire when the event does.
Built for a riverbank
Check-ins and crew updates work on a phone with one bar. Anything sent without signal queues on the phone and syncs when the signal returns. The paper route sheet is still printable, on purpose.
Honest numbers
Hours come from real check-ins and check-outs. The impact totals, the leaderboard, and the river trends on this site are computed from records, never typed in as marketing.
Questions people actually ask
Where does my location go on event days?
Almost nowhere. Location is read only at the moment a crew taps a check-in at a planned stop, only if that phone allows it, and what the public page shows is a dot on a planned route, never a person's position. Nobody is tracked between stops.
Who can see my details?
Chapter administrators, and on event mornings the coordinator running the day. Crew leaders see names, not contact details, unless a coordinator explicitly shares the emergency-contact level with them for that one event, and that link expires the day after.
Can I get my data, or delete it?
Yes to both, through the standard WordPress privacy tools this system plugs into. Ask us and we run the export or the erasure; the erasure is real, not a flag.
Is my consent actually recorded?
Every waiver and every opt-in is stored with the exact text you agreed to, the name you signed, and the date. When the wording changes you are asked again; old consent is never quietly stretched over new words.
